Cyclus Tools steerer cutter ZS 44

The head tube cutter allows you to prepare steerer tubes with a 44 mm inner diameter and a 6.0mm - 8.2mm milling depth (see item selection) for headset assembly from a semi integrated headset. The angle of the bearing shell seats is 45 °. The cutter produces exactly flat and coaxial with each other bucket seats on the head tube.

Note: Pay attention to a steady clockwise rotation (even when dismantling the cutter). And always use suitable cutting oil for the material to be machined during the milling process. For a complete tool you need the holder for the head tube cutter and the cone guide.
