Utilizing a new testing system, Syntace realized the possibility of cracks occuring in first series "Syntace Force 99" stems under extensive use.

No damage was reported by customers, but Syntace prefers to exchange the affected stems. If you have one of these, you will receive a new and optimized product version.

What should you do?

• Check if your stem is affected.
  See the Syntace web site to learn how to do that.


• If so, send in your stem.


• Please note:
  Do not send any unaffected items. These will not be exchanged!
  
  Make sure your postage is fully paid - freepost or insufficiently paid mailings can not be accepted.
