With the PROTECTOR VEST KIDS, little young shredders are just as well protected as their big role models, both when biking and during winter sports. With sizes and cuts specifically tailored to children, the protective vest impresses with its comfort and function. The brand new, highly flexible LITESHIELD FLEX back protector offers outstanding impact protection (EN1621-2, Level-1) and follows every movement so that it is hardly noticeable during sport. The bluesign®-certified S.LEISURE™ functional fabric made of polyester is just as cuddly. It offers pleasant stretch, is breathable and dries quickly. And best of all: It is significantly more environmentally friendly than comparable spandex fabrics. Like that? On the one hand, the production is more water and energy efficient, and on the other hand, the stretchability is achieved mechanically - not by adding spandex. This means that the fabric and thus also the vest can be recycled; all you have to do is cut off the protector (also recyclable, but made of TPE) and the AIRO FLEX hip belt including the Hypalon belt guide (not yet recyclable). Thanks to the environmentally friendly S.Café® technology, unpleasant odors are neutralized and once you get home, the loosely cut vest can then be easily machine washed.

AIRO FLEX
AIRO FLEX refers to an extremely stable fabric that is as permeable to air as it is flexible. It is used in our highest quality hip belts and ensures optimal load transfer to the hips while providing maximum ventilation - for maximum comfort.

S.CAFÉ TECHNOLOGY
The use of S. Café® technology is used to neutralize unpleasant odors. Coffee grounds have numerous microscopic pores that absorb odors chemical-free and for a long time. Using used coffee grounds from local cafés, an extract is obtained using a patented process that has this natural, odor-absorbing ability and can be used in textiles.

LITESHIELD FLEX
The latest protector technology from EVOC offers outstanding impact protection properties and at the same time a new level of flexibility and freedom of movement. The combination of a highly flexible thermoplastic elastomer mixture (TPE) and the geometry of plus and circle elements form the basis for the outstanding ergo-dynamic flex of the LITESHIELD FLEX protector.

S.LEISURE
Quick-drying, stretchy polyester functional fabric with high breathability. Thanks to water- and energy-saving production, it is significantly more environmentally friendly than comparable textiles. The bluesign®-certified fabric is recyclable.
