The new top model of the UMA GT line

The GTV is the new top model in the UMA GT long-distance line and has been redesigned for even more freedom and comfort on very long journeys. GTV features a quick-release strap system, silky soft compression and our most comfortable insert for women.

The new generation of the GTV features crucial updates for more comfort: starting with a new waistband construction and ending with a new seat pad - our most comfortable model specifically for women. The waistband is made of a lighter textile that hugs the body more elastically, so that the fit offers more support in all riding positions without being restrictive. The new seat pad consists of two layers of shock-absorbing foam, which provides targeted support for the ischial tuberosities. Two additional recesses on the front of the seat pad reduce the volume and ensure that the pad adapts to the body during pedaling without forming folds or getting in the way. The innovative bisiClick system uses two magnetic fasteners to make it easy to release the straps on long-distance rides.

For excellent performance of the GTV 1/3 Summer Layering System, these bib shorts have been designed to be seamlessly combined with a Summer Skin Layer and the UMA GT Jersey C2.

The main textile Volkano offers silky soft elasticity, compression and UPF 50+. Odor-inhibiting and active cooling properties are permanently integrated into the material rather than applied as a superficial finish. The ClickFit textile surrounds the front waist area with a lighter, more breathable and elastic support, allowing you to lean low over the handlebars in aggressive positions and breathe deeply during heavy exertion.

    The C2 AEPD regularFit is based on our high-performance racing models, but is focused on comfort with its zeroPressure Waist and standard leg length .

  • Bisiclick: Two magnetic fasteners secure the lower straps. They can be closed and released intuitively, but are secure enough so that they do not open accidentally.

  • X-Frame: A-shaped straps taken from the DYORA RS. They limit the drop in the lower back and stabilize the seat pad and main panel during high-intensity rides.
  • rollBar: A patented design that stabilizes the seat pad and keeps it in position as you shift your weight while sprinting, climbing and cornering.

    Shock-Absorb Damping Twin19 : A two-layer construction that combines 9mm of high-density microShock foam with 10mm of ultra-light filterFoam under the ischial tuberosities. Our most comfortable insert for women.

  • 3D Waffle : A patented, perforated three-layer foam that increases breathability and avoids unnecessary weight.

  • goldenGate 2.0 : The seat cushion is attached at the front and back, the sides and middle remain loose. This means it moves with your body and not against it. Cut-outs on the side wings reduce volume and friction.

  • whirlKrater : Perforations strategically distributed throughout the cushion that create a cooling, swirling airflow instead of one-sided ventilation
