Saracen is a company from the UK with a tradition that went through ups and downs to today's success, and which also takes its international course. In terms of price, the brand is very attractive, especially the carbon bicycles are very popular.
Saracen used to be one of the more unknown bike brands in the international market. But it's on the rise! Saracen has evolved and is now also seen on the podium in World Cups and Word Championships. Such as Matt Walker, who in 2017 became Saracen's "UCI Mountain Bike Downhill Junior World Champion".
A true name in DH has also been part of the Madison Saracen Factory Race Team since 2018, no other than British DH World Cup rider Danny Hart.
We are proud to be one of the first shops in Germany to offer Saracen. In our assortment you will find Saracen downhill bicycles, enduro, AM and dirt bicycles. And also bicycle frames for those who would rather realize their own project.
History and background: In the early 1980's, there were a handful of brands in the UK trying to tackle mountain bikes. There in 1983 the story of the small company called Saracen, based in Warwickshire, started the hotspot of the English bicycle industry. Founded by two brothers Paul and Rick Stanforth. As one of the first, they saw immense potential in the DH racings scene in the UK and early followed the full suspension trend. Today, Saracen is a brand that belongs to "Sportline", a part of H. Young Holdings PLC from England. MRC Trading in Stegaurach imports this brand to Germany.
