Greyp E-Mountainbike - die smarte und digitale E-Bike Innovation

Smart carbon e-mountain bikes

The Rimac e-racing cars are now also available as "everyday" e-MTBs! First, the sports car manufacturer Rimac developed a record-breaking e-bike with 12 kilowatts and 70 km/h - almost a motorcycle. Now there is the Greyp G6 as an StVZO compliant variant with 250 or 460 watts and a supported speed up to 25 km/h.

The electronic features are particularly exciting. Greyp has installed almost every conceivable technical feature on the e-mountain bikes, from theft protection to action cam recordings to the perfect recording of the navigation of the tour. "Of course" it can also communicate with your smartphone.

It is powered by an MPF 6.0c drive. This latest version of the MPF drive is powered by a 700 Wh battery pack. The 27.5 inch bikes are equipped with Rock Shox suspension forks and dampers, the SRAM EX1 gearshift and Formula disc brakes. They have also won the Design Innovation Award 2020.

E-mountain bikes on a new level - Rimac as a bike

The E-mountain bike manufacturer Greyp stems from Croatia and is a subsidiary of Rimac Automobili, the manufacturer of the world's fastest, mass-produced electric vehicle. Now at the latest it is clear where Greyp comes from and where they want to go: take the e-bike to a new level! The name Greyp is derived from Greyborg, an e-bike brand founded in 2001 by Zvonimir Sucic, Greyp's CTO. The Croatians were already targeting customers similar to Rimac Automobile with their first bike, the G12, which was released in 2013. Being a true super e-bike, the G12 reached top speeds of up to 70 km/h. Nowadays the focus of Greyp Bikes is not fast bikes alone, but to deliver particularly smart and digitally intelligent e-bikes to the market, thus setting new standards.
