Delivery status

In general we deliver worldwide!

For international shipments, delays or restrictions may occur due to the current situation. This can be caused by changes in the transport process (e.g. border controls), in international transport (e.g. discontinuation of flight connections previously used for transport) and also in delivery in the country of destination (e.g. protection regulations and quarantine measures).

• France
  
  In France, La Poste has imposed massive restrictions on its parcel network because of the current situation of the COVID 19 pandemic. For the time being, La Poste will only deliver on 3 days a week and for this reason, only significantly reduced network capacities are available.
  At the moment we cannot send bulky goods (e.g. bicycles) to France. Parcel shipments are limited to a maximum size of 32 x 24 x 24cm and a maximum weight of 15kg.
  
• Switzerland
  
  The Swiss Post has informed us that reduced maximum dimensions for bulky goods shipments apply with immediate effect
  
  • Max. dimensions: 150cm x 80cm x 60cm
  • Max. weight: 30kg
  
  
  
• USA
  
  Shipping is possible until further notice. Please note that we charge an international crisis surcharge of 16 EUR for each parcel. The surcharge is already included in the displayed shipping costs.
