Shimano wheelset
The Shimano WH-RS171-CL 700C wheelset offers a wider rim profile compared to its predecessor, the WH-RS170, and is even slightly lighter. With an internal width of 19 mm, these wheels are particularly well-suited for off-road use. Naturally, Shimano's proven quality technologies are retained.

Technology: Cup and Cone Bearing
Cup and cone angular contact ball bearings are sealed industrial bearings that offer superior load-bearing capacity. They optimally distribute both lateral and vertical forces, resulting in exceptionally smooth running and a long service life. Furthermore, they are easier to adjust, maintain, and replace.
E-Thru
E-Thru is a tool-free thru-axle system from Shimano that optimizes the stiffness-to-weight ratio. Thanks to its reliable internal cam mechanism, it's exceptionally easy to use. The system offers high torsional rigidity, which also provides support when cornering at high speeds. E-Thru thru-axle hubs and axles are available in the appropriate widths for front and rear wheels.
