Northwave's super-warm shoes were developed for all cyclists who ride even in arctic temperatures. The Michelin Rock'R sole with two different compounds and defined stiffness offers perfect stability and excellent grip on all surfaces. The leather upper with water-repellent protective film and a Thinsulate® 400g lining provides excellent warmth and insulation even in the coldest weather. Highly abrasion-resistant reinforcements provide 360° protection along the entire upper material.
The ergonomic SL2 lacing system and the longer power straps with specially designed closures for the ankle and instep offer reliable weather protection and the perfect fit around the ankle. Reinforced rubber inserts in the rear area increase impact protection. The Arctic footbed, with its four-layer aluminum and fleece construction, works in conjunction with the membrane for excellent warmth and insulation. Large reflective inserts enhance visibility. An additional toe mount allows for the attachment of gaiters.
