PowerLock®
SRAM chain engineers developed PowerLock® as a tool-free, secure and consistent way to connect their chains. Although no special tools are required for assembly with PowerLock®, given the tight tolerance range of a 10, 11 and 12-speed drivetrain, each PowerLock® can only be used once.
