Rock Shox Fat for forks (tough)
The Rock Shox PM600 Military Grease adheres well and is quite tough, so it is ideal for lubricating steel springs and seals that are not subject to movement such as seals of top caps or motion control pressure levels. It is oil miscible and can therefore be "diluted" to less viscous lubricant eg for air chamber lubrication.
