Hydraulic disc brakes are particularly powerful due to their excellent heat-dissipating properties and are therefore used on many bicycles such as mountain bikes, touring bikes and cross bikes.

The CONTEC "CDR-2" brake disc with a diameter of 160 mm is made of high-quality stainless steel. It withstands moisture and high loads and is extremely hard-wearing and durable. Even on descents with long braking sequences, the brake disc allows the brakes to function optimally with minimal fading.

The "CDR-2" is suitable for mounting on all wheels with a 6-hole mount and is particularly light with a weight of only 99 g. A set of stainless steel mounting screws is included in the scope of delivery.
