LOOK developed the KEO BLADE pedals in 2011, revolutionizing pedal design. A carbon spring replaces the classic metal spring, which is completely integrated into the pedal. The first version of the KEO BLADE Carbon Pedale was an immediate success, winning numerous awards and becoming the preferred pedal of professional riders worldwide.

To create the fastest pedal ever, LOOK redesigned the pedal's iconic and aerodynamic profile. A smaller frontal area and an all-new aerodynamic leading edge profile work together to reduce drag by 2% over the previous KEO BLADE design.

The new Keo Blade Pedal series inherits all of the original features and improves on them to provide the best power-to-weight ratio in its category. With an ultralight design and a contact area of 705mm², it features a redesigned carbon body for improved aerodynamics and remarkable aesthetics. This LOOK pedal was designed to meet the needs of the most ambitious road cyclists. It ensures optimized power transmission, promoting dynamic and powerful pedaling while offering an incomparable feeling of lightness.

INCREASED COMFORT

With its 705 mm² large contact surface and a supporting width of 64 mm, the Keo Blade ensures even pressure distribution under the foot with every pedal stroke. This setup minimizes the risk of “hot spots” or foot discomfort, regardless of the stiffness of your shoes. The extended contact surface, consisting of three stainless steel plates, ensures more stability and reduces unwanted movements and sideways tilting when pedaling.

PRECISE AND SECURE CLICK IN AND OUT

The exclusive carbon blade technology offers unsurpassed safety, enables quick unclicking and an outstanding feeling of security. More stability and 20% lighter than conventional metal spring systems. The sophisticated blade spring is optimized to bend earlier in the clip-out movement to release the foot faster and more precisely.
