Built for aggressive trail riders
The Float X Factory is made for riders who accept no compromises. The lightweight chassis and high-volume EVOL air chamber ensure buttery-smooth responsiveness and solid grip, even on rocky trails. At the same time, the newly designed internals provide a stable platform when you're pushing hard into berms or launching big jumps.
2-position lever. Quickly switch between climbing and blasting.
The 2-position lever lets you switch instantly between an open mode for descents and a firm mode for efficient climbing. Finely adjustable low-speed compression and rebound damping allow you to precisely tune the shock to your riding style and bike. The wide adjustment range gives you noticeably more reserves than older generations like the DPX2.
Kashima Performance and EVOL air chamber
The gold Kashima coating reduces friction to a minimum. You'll notice this in the sensitive breakaway force and the plush feel of the rear suspension when the trail gets rough. The large-volume EVOL LV air chamber allows for lower pressures for a more linear and plush ride feel, while also offering adjustable end-stroke progression via volume spacers. This lets you fine-tune your Float X from a playful popper setup to a race-ready configuration.

With its metric dimensions of 210 x 55 mm, the shock fits many current trail and enduro frames. The high-flow internals are designed for long descents without fading.
