The Chainglider chain guard from Hebie

The CHAINGLIDER sets a milestone in recent bicycle history through optical and functional optimization of the gearbox protection. The CHAINGLIDER program consists of four front parts for chainring sizes 38, 42, 44 and 48 teeth and seven rear parts, each of which can be combined, for various gears.
