How much is shipping to my destination?
Abroad:
We deliver world-wide with Deutsche Post/DHL AG or GLS. Shipping costs are listed in our shipping cost overview (see below) and depend on the package's weight. You may pay in advance or - more comfortable - with PayPal or your credit card (Amex-, Visa- or Mastercard).
Due to high costs, we do not accept cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.) for customers outside Germany.

Germany:
We send all articles with Deutsche Post/DHL AG. You may pay in advance or - more comfortable - with your credit card (Amex-, Visa- or Mastercard).
Costs depend on the package's weight. Example: 4 Kg max: € 9.90 (cash-on-delivery) / € 4.90 cash-in-advance or credit card. Packages worth more than € 250.00 will be shipped free within Germany.
Starting with your second order, you may comfortably pay by bank collection - shipping costs are the same as cash-in-advance or credit card.

Minimum order value?
Not with us. If you need a certain item, we will deliver - no matter, how small it may be. See above for shipping costs.

How long will my delivery take?
We will dispatch your order as fast as possible - most packages reach their destination within one week. Should an article not be in stock, we will send it as soon as we get it. We won't forget your order.
If delivery time exceeds your patience, please contact us: We will find an alternative part that can be obtained instead.
May I exchange clothes that don't fit?
Yes - If you just wore them for trying the size, we will exchange clothes for others of correct size.
Is there a printed catalog?
Unfortunately, we don't have one. The sheer mass of articles plus dynamic prices won't allow for catalogs valid for more time than a few days.
VAT and ordering from outside European Union?
Deliveries to countries outside the EU contain no VAT (19%) at all - we substract it from the price. You won't see it in your cart, but it will happen automatically.
What does "bulk" and "retail" mean?
These descriptions refer to different packaging variantes of the same article.
If you find a product marked "bulk" this means that we have bought this product not in single but in a bulk packing. The advantage of this being that we can forward a much better price to our customers. The quality, specifications and what is included is of course the same as with the retail product. The only difference is a neutral packing.
A product marked "retail" comes in the original packing, however, we cannot allways gurantee the lowest price but therefore a much better availability.
