1) Please note these information on customs and taxes for shipping to this non-EU country (in case your country is not within the EU). Shipping costs to this country apply to "normal" shippings of an approx. maximum weight of 5 kg. If your shipping is significantly heavier (i.e. Cycle Trainers) or if it contains bulky goods (i.e. complete bikes, bike cases, etc.), higher shipping costs may be applicable. In that case we reconcile with you before shipping to get your confirmation.
Shipping time depends on the destination country. To most European countries the shipping time is approx. 3 to 4 days. As soon as we have shipped your order, we will inform you by email.

Shipping within Germany
No matter how heavy (max. 31,5kg), no matter what destination (within Germany), no matter what payment type, no matter how bulky - shipping is a mere 4,90 EUR! Above 250 EUR order value we pay the shipping for you!
This means that bikes are (normally) free of shipping charges!
Moreover: there is no minimum order value when shopping with us!
